TERMS OF REFERENCE
L’objectif de cette consultation nationale est de rendre opérationnelle une première capacité d’intelligence artificielle locale au sein du MEN et d’amorcer les fondations prioritaires de l’EMIS (Education Management Information System).
Minimum requirements:
- Degree Master`s en Informatique, systèmes d’information, architecture SI, data engineering, data management, BI, cybersécurité, intelligence artificielle appliquée ou domaine connexe.
- Au moins 8 années d’expérience pertinente. Expérience démontrée en SI publics/EMIS, architecture data, référentiels ou MDM, intégration/ETL, BI, IA locale et transfert technique.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et maîtrise professionnelle de l’arabe ; anglais technique souhaitable.
- Architecture pragmatique, Linux/conteneurs, tests reproductibles, sécurité opérationnelle, documentation, gestion des risques et facilitation avec équipes publiques.
- Connaissance de l’écosystème numérique du MEN et des résultats de la première mission ; expérience avec institutions publiques, Nations Unies ou partenaires internationaux.
