Performance indicators for the evaluation of results
Visibility and communication materials outlined in the approved project Communication and Visibility Plan are produced and submitted within 45 working days of contract commencement and meet IOM quality standards.
A minimum of 6 multimedia/video storytelling products are developed, reviewed, and finalized within the consultancy period.
All communication products are technically accurate, beneficiary-centered, and aligned with IOM editorial and storytelling standards, requiring only minor revisions during the approval process.
Photography and videography assignments are effectively coordinated, with all required raw and edited files delivered according to agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Communication support is provided for project milestones, field missions, and visibility opportunities, including drafting content, collecting field materials, and coordinating with programme teams and service providers.
A well-organized repository of photographs, videos, captions, consent forms (where applicable), and communication assets is established and handed over to the IOM Bangladesh Media and Communications Team.
All communication and visibility products comply with IOM branding requirements and Republic of Korea donor visibility guidelines, with no major compliance issues identified during review.
Deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and receive satisfactory acceptance from the IOM Bangladesh Media and Communications Team and relevant programme managers.
