Education
Master’s degree in international relations, International Law, Political, or Social or Economic Sciences, Humanities, Military Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or,
University degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
Demonstrate experience in project assessment and experience in and travel documents digitization implementation.
Demonstrated knowledge of Electronic Travel Systems (Electronic Travel Authority, etc)
05 years’ experience of working in the area of IT, traveller identification and border management, including electronic travel authorisations.
Good knowledge of international regulatory framework and best practices relating to legal identity, travel document, border security and border facilitation
Good knowledge of national police system/policies
Work experience in the subregion (including Chad, if possible), ability to work in difficult Sahelian condition is an advantage.
