TERMS OF REFERENCE
The consultant will review and analyse the study data, identify and document best practices that support exclusive breastfeeding among preterm neonates born at less than 32 weeks of gestation, assess breastfeeding outcomes at the time of initial hospital discharge, and prepare a comprehensive report of the findings from selected Neonatal Units in Sri Lanka.
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience in analysis of maternal and newborn health data and generation of reports
- Excellent analytical, writing, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with Ministry of Health
Desirables
Exposure to healthcare systems in advanced settings will be an added advantage.
