Education
- Diploma or certificate in Communications, Journalism, Photography, Film/Video Production, Visual Arts, or any related field.
- Secondary education combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content production, including demonstrated expertise in professional video production (filming, editing and post-production).
- At least 3 years of field experience in producing content for development, humanitarian, or child rights.
- Myanmar national, able to travel within the country, including to remote areas and on short notice.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
- Proficiency in professional video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro), including colour grading, subtitling and sound editing.
- Proven ability to conduct field interviews and produce compelling, human-centred narratives.

Desirables
- Previous experience producing content for UNICEF or other UN agencies is an advantage.
Technical proposal
- Applicants are required to submit a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in professional video production. The sample should meet the following criteria:
- co-authored or co-produced by the applicant
- relevant to the development, humanitarian, or child rights
- showcase the strength of visual storytelling and Creativity
