2. AI Teacher Companion Technical Coordination and deployment support
3. Teacher professional development coordination
4. Programme Monitoring, Learning, and Research Coordination
5. System strengthening, government engagement, communications, and scale-up planning

Education
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Digital Education, Educational Technology, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Instructional Design, Teacher Education, Data Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field.
- A first university degree combined with additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree, where appropriate.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital education, education technology, teacher professional development, AI-enabled learning solutions, education systems strengthening or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder education programmes involving government institutions, development partners, technology providers and other implementation partners.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the design, implementation, and/or scale up of AI-enabled education interventions, including configuration, adaptation or operational use of existing AI tools such as Google Gemini or similar AI platforms for education use cases.
- Strong experience in teacher professional development, including pre-service and in-service teacher training, blended learning, professional learning communities and digital pedagogy.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating programme implementation, work planning, partner engagement, quality assurance and adaptive management.
- Experience supporting implementation of education programmes in low-resource, multilingual or underserved contexts.
- Demonstrated experience supporting implementation research, programme monitoring, learning, evaluation or evidence generation, including coordination of research partners or consultants.
- Experience working with Ministries of Education, teacher education institutions, national education agencies, development partners or UN agencies.
- Experience supporting responsible AI, data protection, safeguarding, accessibility, inclusion and ethical use of digital technologies in education.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
- Strong understanding of digital education, teacher professional development, foundational learning and education systems strengthening.
- Strong programme management and coordination skills, including work planning, implementation monitoring, risk management, quality assurance and adaptive management.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage collaboration across government institutions, technology partners, research partners and development organizations.
