TERMS OF REFERENCE
As in previous DRTV campaigns on the Greek market, the objective is to acquire new individual donors at the best performance—primarily pledge donors, with cash donors to a lesser extent through the DRTV subchannel. Individual donors acquired via DRTV will be added to the portfolio alongside digital pledge donors, and with Face-to-Face pledge donors included in a future phase.
In 2026, as in previous years, prospective UNICEF donors prompted by the DRTV spot will be directed to visit the UNICEF website. For this test, the DRTV consultant will be responsible for developing a strong strategy that includes testing optimal response channels, with the objective of primarily delivering pledge donors. Building on previous DRTV tests that demonstrated strong optimization curves, the ECA cluster seeks to continue additional testing and optimization. Donors acquired through DRTV consistently demonstrate the strongest retention rates and the highest average gift values; as such, they are considered UNICEF’s highest-quality donors, generating the greatest lifetime value.
