This assignment aims to support the establishment and operationalization of the Secretariat of the Leadership Council on Disability-Inclusive Education by providing technical expertise and coordination capacity. The consultant will help coordinate Leadership Council activities, partnerships, meetings, and advocacy efforts; contribute to the development of policy, technical, and advocacy outputs; and support the implementation of evidence-based approaches to advance inclusive education globally. Additionally, the assignment aims to strengthen collaboration among key stakeholders, facilitate the translation of global commitments into concrete education system reforms, and provide technical advisory support to selected UNICEF country offices as required.

- Strong analytical and strategic judgment, with ability to synthesize complex information and identify implications across workstreams.
- Leadership and initiative in driving multiple workstreams forward simultaneously, exercising sound judgment, meeting deadlines, and proactively flagging risks, blockers, or decisions needed.
- Proficiency in developing polished presentations and written materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
