Tasks to be performed under this contract
• Conduct field visits to different designated locations and conduct thorough assessments to identify the most vulnerable individuals.
• Ensure assessed individuals have access to necessary rights and services.
• Document findings and share with protection team accordingly as well as update case management plans accordingly.
Deliverable: Comprehensive vulnerability assessments for migrants and refugees located inside and outside accommodation centers

• Distribute accurate information to migrants and refugees related to different services
• Collaborate on the creation of information material and sessions as well as leaflets and outreach messages.
• Ensure materials are clear, relevant, and culturally appropriate.
Deliverable: Provide latest updates and Information to migrants and refugees regarding their stay and access to services including healthcare and social

• Plan and facilitate community meetings.
• Educate beneficiaries on protection issues and available services.
• Gather feedback to improve future sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- School diploma with three years of relevant experience in the humanitarian context in Poland
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work, from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of protection-related issues and frameworks, with a strong understanding of the refugee and migrant context in Poland, including key challenges, vulnerabilities, and available support mechanisms.
