UNICEF Brazil is looking for an experienced professional to lead the Brazil Key Accounts Management (KAM) team. The main purpose of the KAM team is to provide best-in class stewardship to UNICEF’s corporate partners and drive and grow partnerships with corporate partners in Brazil. This is a presential role for the Brasilia, Brazil Office.
Key functions, accountabilities and related duties/tasks
- Provide people-centered supervision and day-to-day leadership to the UNICEF Brazil Key Account Management Team, promoting a collaborative, inclusive and performance-oriented work culture, and supporting team members in delivering agreed partnership objectives in line with established strategies.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of key corporate partners under the guidance of the Corporate Partnerships Manager, contributing to the development and implementation of tailored engagement approaches, supporting partnership negotiations, and ensuring effective relationship management to sustain income and programme impact.
- Support team performance and development by setting clear workplans, providing regular supervision and feedback, coaching staff on technical skills, and contributing to performance appraisal and learning initiatives in line with UNICEF policies and values.
- Coordinate the allocation and monitoring of partner portfolios within the Key Account Management Team to ensure alignment with approved PFP high-value partnership strategies and prioritisation frameworks.
- Work in close coordination with internal stakeholders, including the wider PFP team, the new business team, relevant Brazil Country Office sections and regional PFP colleagues, to ensure partnerships are implemented, renewed and reported in accordance with UNICEF due diligence, legal and operational procedures.
- Identify and escalate partnership-related risks and issues to the Corporate Partnerships Manager and contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation measures as required.

Desirables
- Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish or Russian) is an advantage.
- Additional years of experience in fundraising/resource mobilization, marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, account management, brand management, business development or other related fields is an asset.
- Experience of corporate fundraising in leading global organizations is desirable
- Knowledge of the UN/UNICEF system is a strong asset.

UNICEF appointments are subject to medical clearance. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF. Should you be selected for a position with UNICEF, you either must be inoculated as required or receive a medical exemption from the relevant department of the UN. Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
