TERMS OF REFERENCE
This position is to work with the Health and Nutrition team (Goal Area 1) during approximately 10 months, to support the activities and strategies related to the promotion of healthy diets and the regulatory agenda on ultraprocessed foods, within the main working strategies at UNICEF Brazil: the UNICEF Seal, the Early Childhood Friendly Units initiative (UAPI) and Adolescent Friendly Units initiative (UAA). The work will contribute to the technical capacity of municipalities and health/education professionals and implementing partners on the achievement of nutrition indicators and results.
• Previous experience with topics related to the regulatory agenda on ultra-processed foods (labeling, advertising, healthy school environments) will be considered an asset.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are required, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Experience with UN agencies or similar organizations will be considered an advantage.
