How can you make a difference?

To support delivery of the Supply Division digitalization strategy through coordination and execution of a portfolio of digital initiatives aligned to SD priorities and the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) roadmap.

The Consultant will report to the Project Officer and work under the general supervision of the Chief OATC, in close collaboration with the Projects Support resource and matrix management with Supply Division various internal and external stakeholders.

The consultancy will operate deliverables-based engagement model whereby delivery priorities, implementation activities, and responsibilities may evolve during the consultancy period based on SD digital strategy needs. The Consultant will provide ongoing digital portfolio support, projects delivery support, stakeholder management as well as alignment with the global digital strategy within the approved level of effort and contract ceiling, including:

  • Coordinate the digital portfolio of SD initiatives through DAG and PBRC: Support the end-to-end portfolio intake,prioritization, and governance process, ensuring all initiatives are formally reviewed, sequenced, and aligned with available capacity, funding constraints, and strategic priorities across Supply Division. Ensure alignment with Digital Strategy and EBA roadmap: Assess and validate each initiative against the Supply Chain Digitalization Strategy and EBA target architecture, ensuring consistency with platform choices, data standards, and long-term transformation goals while avoiding duplication and fragmentation. Maintain a consolidated portfolio view (ownership, dependencies, lifecycle): Support an existing centralized portfolio repository and reporting framework, capturing project status, ownership, interdependencies, risks, and lifecycle stage to provide a single source of truth for leadership decision-making. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (portfolio oversight level): Oversee the progression of initiatives across the portfolio lifecycle—from ideation and business case development to implementation and closure—ensuring compliance with governance gates, quality standards, and required deliverables. Minimum requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Systems and Technology.
Work Experience: 5+ years managing Portfolio, Program, Project management
  • Proven experience of digital projects, solutions and activities delivery
  • Hands-on experience on Governance frameworks and support
  • Proven experience of Stakeholder management
  • Proven experience of Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
