Building on this broader work, the consultancy will support the design and implementation of an inter-agency Youth Network Group, with a primary focus on PROSPECTS countries and the Middle East and North Africa region, while also facilitating relevant engagement and exchange with Eastern and Southern Africa. The Group will provide a structured platform for adolescents and young people, particularly those affected by displacement, exclusion and other forms of vulnerability, to contribute to programmes, advocacy and decision-making at country and regional levels. The assignment will place particular emphasis on meaningful youth engagement in MENA, while drawing on relevant youth engagement work already undertaken and creating opportunities for collaboration, peer exchange and learning across the two regions.
