How can you make a difference?
This includes specifically managing and further developing one of the Academy’s flagship programme: the High Value GLAM programme. In collaboration with the relevant PFP stakeholders of the corporate channel, and in coordination with the UNICEF Academy team, the consultant will contribute to the creation of a best-in-class learning experience that bridges high value income streams, strengthens cross-channel collaboration, and prepares fundraisers to lead UNICEF’s most complex and high-impact partnerships. Note that the corporate channel will be the driving force of the HV programme.
Minimum requirements
- Alternatively, a first-level university degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of qualifying working experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional work experience in private sector fundraising or related high value fundraising channel is required.
- Experience in coordinating and curating content and managing multiple channels (website, newsletter, podcast, short videos…) is required
- Experience in either learning and development, capacity building or knowledge management is required
- Experience in publishing in SharePoint is required
- Experience in managing networks, building communities and organizing quality events online and offline is required
- Certified facilitation skills in the field of personal leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a strong learning culture
- Proven track record of working independently and meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated collaborative approach with strong coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset
- Knowledge of the UN system and familiarity with UNICEF programme activities is an asset.
- UN/UNICEF experience is an asset.
