Project Context and Scope
In the framework of the IOM Italy’s activities carried out within the AMIF 2021-2027 programme managed by the Italian Ministry of Interior, IOM Rome is implementing the following projects:
RI.VOL.A.RE. in RE.TE project – Ritorno Volontario Assistito e Reintegrazione attraverso la Rete Territoriale - (PROG-86), funded under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) programme 2021-2027 related to the assistance of 2500 third country nationals residing in Italy and willing to return to their countries of origin and to be reintegrated socio economically.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified lawyer registered as practitioner to the relevant Bar with a working experience of at least 5 years.
Languages
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
