Education
- Masters in Public health data Analysis or related field
- PhD in Health Data Analysis will be an added advantage
Work Experience
- At least 5 years in public health program data handling
- Experience working with HIV/STI/Hepatitis data, within partner funded programmes
- Demonstrated experience in and led the program assessments/Data quality exercise, (data collection tools design, data management, and analysist)
- Demonstrated experience in working with data to feed into the “WHO Triple Eliminations” validation for elimination processes
- Worked with DHIS 2 data entry and updating the related dashboards.
- Experience in engaging with government officials and multiple stakeholders.
Language requirements
- English and Setswana
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
- Excellent reviewing and technical analysis skills
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent in use of statistical analysis tools ( excel, SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info or related packages)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
