Work Experience
- At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in human rights, child protection, social policy and/or public sector policy development, monitoring, or evaluation; Demonstrated experience in analysis of legislation, policies, and programmes related to children's rights; Working with government institutions and inter-ministerial processes. Skills: Strong knowledge of child rights, human rights reporting processes and relevant national and international policy frameworks, combined with solid analytical and drafting skills. Language Requirements: Excellent writing skills in Romanian and working knowledge of English. Desirable: Preparation and/or contribution to reports for international human rights mechanisms, with the focus on the CRC or other UN treaty bodies.
