TERMS OF REFERENCE

The consultant will provide technical support for national and provincial partners in planning and implementation of climate resilient WASH program.

Minimum requirements

Education: Advanced university degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Environmental Science, Water and Sanitation (WASH) Engineering, or other related fields.
Work Experience: 5 years of experience of working in the UN or other international development organizations are desirable.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of theories, principles, and methods in the following areas: Sanitation and Hygiene, School Wash, water supply project management, integrated water resource management, communication for behavioral change, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills to be able to work closely with team members from a wide range of cultural and social contexts are desired.

Good computer knowledge

Language Requirements: Good written and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
