TERMS OF REFERENCE
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide dedicated field monitoring coordination, systems support, data quality assurance, and third-party monitoring (TPM) deployment tracking support to UNICEF Myanmar PME.
The consultant will support the organization, follow-up, and documentation of field monitoring and TPM deployments across sectors and field offices, ensuring that UNICEF sector staff, field office colleagues, CSO implementing partners, and third-party monitoring agency (TPMA) staff have timely, accurate, and usable information for planning and follow-up.
The assignment is deliverable-based and time-bound. It will strengthen the use of UNICEF field monitoring systems, including eTools/FMM and ActivityInfo, improve the quality and consistency of field monitoring information, and support ethical and accountable evidence generation practices in TPM deployments.
Minimum requirements
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, field monitoring, programme coordination, information management, implementing partner coordination, or related work. Experience working with CSO implementing partners, third-party monitoring arrangements, or field-based programme monitoring is an asset.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Burmese is required. Strong written communication skills in English are required.
