UNICEF, in partnership with UNDP, UNFPA and ILO, is implementing the three-year EU-funded EU4People – Social Protection Programme. The Action is implemented across multiple administrative levels and programme locations and involves government institutions, local authorities, Centres for Social Work, implementing partners, civil society organizations, service providers and other stakeholders. UNICEF’s role as lead agency and Administrative Agent, together with direct implementation of a substantial UNICEF programme portfolio, generates a temporary and programme-specific volume of administrative, partnership, financial-documentation, procurement, event, travel and records-management requirements.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide time-bound, output-based programme administration and operational support to EU4People, ensuring that programme-side documentation and follow-up required for partnerships, Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers.(HACT) processes, invoices and payments, procurement and contracting, events, missions and programme records are complete, organized and submitted in a timely manner through established UNICEF workflows. The consultancy will also support systematic communication with partners, vendors and service providers and maintain implementation and transaction-status trackers required for effective programme management.

UNICEF does not charge a processing fee at any stage of its recruitment, selection, and hiring processes (i.e., application stage, interview stage, validation stage, or appointment and training). UNICEF will not ask for applicants’ bank account information.
