Work Experience
A minimum of eigth years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development, change management, employee engagement, human resources, strategic planning, or a related area;
Language Requirements
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required or highly desirable, depending on operational needs.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
•Demonstrated experience developing organizational action plans and implementation roadmaps;
•Demonstrated experience facilitating participatory consultations, focus groups, or multi-stakeholder workshops;
•Experience applying root-cause analysis and prioritization methodologies;
•Experience developing results frameworks, indicators, dashboards, or accountability mechanisms;
•Experience managing sensitive organizational discussions with neutrality, discretion, and sound judgement;
•Strong analytical, synthesis, facilitation, and report-writing skills;
•Experience working with international organizations, United Nations entities, public institutions, or multicultural organizations.
Desirables
•Previous experience supporting staff survey follow-up processes;
•Experience with employee engagement, organizational culture, staff well-being, inclusion, or workplace climate initiatives;
•Familiarity with UNICEF or the United Nations system;
•Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments;
•Experience facilitating hybrid or virtual consultations;
•Experience preparing senior management-level presentations and decision documents.
