Education
- Master ou équivalent en Sciences Sociales, Droit, Relations Internationales, Sciences Politiques ou dans un domaine connexe avec 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, ou;
- Licence ou équivalent avec 5 ans d’expérience ;

Experience
- Solide expérience en gestion de projets particulièrement dans le domaine de la prévention des conflits, la consolidation de la paix, la cohésion sociale et autres domaines connexes ;
- Bonne connaissance du contexte du Tchad et du BET en particulier en termes de dynamique et de prévention de conflits, de développement et politique ;
- Une expérience dans la communication et collaboration avec un large éventail de parties prenantes, y compris les gouvernements et les institutions internationales, est un avantage
Skills
Compétences démontrées dans la Stabilisation communautaire ;
- Capacité à respecter les délais et à délivrer sous pression.
- Compétences démontrées en matière de renforcement des capacités des partenaires ;
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles : capacité à être flexible et à bien travailler sous pression dans un environnement d’équipe au rythme rapide et axé sur les détails.
Languages
