TERMS OF REFERENCE
The purpose of the consultancy is to provide technical and coordination support to the Provincial Health Office (PHO) in Bolikhamxay Province for the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the UN Joint Programme (UNJP) on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) in Lao PDR. The consultant will serve as the focal point at provincial level, facilitating coordination among government counterparts, UN agencies (WHO, UNICEF and UNFPA), and development partners, supporting capacity-building activities, and conducting regular field monitoring to strengthen RMNCAH service delivery and implementation of the provincial RMNCAH plan.
