Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, Performing Arts, Music Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or vocal training.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including migrants, youth, adults, or vulnerable groups and demonstrated ability to facilitate group-based activities is desirable.
- Field experience in community-based, educational, humanitarian, or psychosocial support programmes is an asset.
Languages
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
