This assignment aims to support and strengthen UNICEF’s flagship digital learning platform, FunDoo, a low-bandwidth, chat-based life coach that reaches over 2.1 million young people across 30+ countries. FunDoo provides gamified, experiential learning opportunities that help adolescents and youth aged 14-24 develop 21st century and employability skills while accessing information on careers, mental health, climate change, and gender-based violence. The consultant will support the global rollout and monitoring of FunDoo, coordinate deployments and partnerships, develop and adapt engaging learning content for the RapidPro platform, test and refine content based on user feedback, and contribute to knowledge management, reporting, and documentation to improve the platform’s impact and effectiveness.

• Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform content creation
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment and ability to work in harmony with persons of different national and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent time management and strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Experience in UI/UX design.
