Education
- School diploma with five years of relevant experience; or,
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Management, Client Services, Social Science, Engineering Science or related field or related fields from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Previous work experience in international organizations and service industry companies and in non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural would be an advantage.
Skills
- Stro Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy & confidentiality in performing responsibilities.
knowledge of information technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel,
Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. ng interpersonal & intercultural skills with an attention to detail.

Languages
All IOM staff members in all categories are required to be fluent in one of the IOM's official languages (English, French, Spanish).
For this position, fluency in English & Dari/Farsi are required (oral and written).
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
