This assignment aims to support UNICEF’s Gender Equality Action Plan 2026–2029 by strengthening programme communications, advocacy and partnerships. The consultant will develop communication and advocacy materials, support partner engagement and resource mobilisation, and promote adolescent girls’ leadership, voices and rights across UNICEF and with external partners.

- Expertise in international development, humanitarian response and/or the gender equality ecosystem;
- Experience with UNICEF;

- Experience in developing-country contexts; knowledge of UNICEF/UN systems.
