Education
- Advanced University degree in Project Management, Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, Child Rights, Gender Studies, International Development, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project/program management.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs and coordinating implementing partners/teams.
- Experience in training and capacity building, including ToT and technical assistance.
- Experience in monitoring, reporting and results tracking.
Skills
- Knowledge of menstrual health and hygiene, child rights, adolescent health, gender or school-based programming is an asset.
- Strong coordination, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English
