Purpose of Activity/Assignment: The consultant will provide time-bound, deliverable-based support to the PROSPECTS Digital Opportunity Accelerator which is within the Skills & Secondary Education pillar of the Global Education Practice – Amman. The assignment will focus on establishing and operationalizing a Community of Practice, improving programme implementation, country coordination and workflow/SOPs travel coordination and enhancing programme management tools and knowledge systems for the Digital Opportunities Accelerator and linked objectives of the Skills & Secondary Education portfolio of the Global Education Practice. The consultant will develop standardized, practical, and transferable tools, templates, and guidance to improve efficiency, strengthen coordination, and ensure the sustainability of systems beyond the duration of the consultancy.
Scope of Work: The consultant will support programme coordination, knowledge management, and operational efficiency through the design and implementation of systems, tools, and workflows.
The consultant will undertake the following key functions:

Minimum requirements
- Experience in budget and financial planning, monitoring and management is highly desirable.
- Advanced computer literacy and the ability to effectively use standard office software tools (MS Office, Enterprise database) and other office technology to create documentation, exchange and archive e-mail, and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Proficiency in using SAP/ERP systems will be an asset.
