TERMS OF REFERENCE
Under the supervision of the Education Specialist in-charge and Chief of Field Office for Bihar, the senior consultant will provide support for the achievement of Education programme results for the Patna Field office to improve access to equitable, quality education and increase learning outcomes, especially for the most marginalized.
- Education: Masters in Education/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Social Work
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in programme planning, management,
and/or research in education is required
Knowledge and experience in the education sector policy and practice.
- Skills Good computer skills and ability to use MS-Office application software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
essential.
- Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; good report writing and
analytical skills, presentation skills. Knowledge of local language is desirable
