The purpose of the consultancy is to support Sub-national (Provincial Education Offices) in strengthening governance, financing, planning, data systems, and quality standards of the school revitalization programme, to ensure equitable, efficient, and impactful implementation.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, educational planning, public policy, or other social science fields is required. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education policy and planning related areas is required. Proven experience of high-quality report writing and documentation supported by fluency in Indonesia and English (verbal and written). Experience or knowledge related to digital learning, adolescent or youth programming, skills development, or other technology-enabled development programmes.
