Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Economics, Political, Social Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Psychology or Business and Counseling from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant working experience; or,
Experience
- Good knowledge of, and experience assisting in the implementation of programme and operational support activities including some exposure to protection and mental health related tasks.
- Relevant experience in project implementation support; experience with training logistics or delivery is an advantage.
Experience handling administrative activities.
Skills
- Ability to identify needs and assist in the implementation and monitoring of programme activities.
- Experience liaising with Government Departments/Authorities and UN and other international organizations, private sector and other stakeholders.
- Ability to draft clear and concise routine reports and correspondence in English.
Languages
All IOM staff members in all categories are required to be fluent in one of the IOM's official languages (English, French, Spanish).
For this position, Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
