How can you make a difference?
Gavi’s 6.0 Strategy (2026–2030) introduces a Country Foundations approach, designed to provide long-term, predictable financing to strengthen essential immunization system functions, including programme management, service delivery, demand generation, data systems, supply chain, and outbreak preparedness. Eligible countries must prepare a comprehensive and high-quality application package, including:
•Selection and justification of priority functions
•Identification of implementing partners
•A fully costed multi-year workplan
•Indicators and targets aligned with the Partnership Accountability Framework (PAF)
•Evidence of country ownership and partner coordination
Haiti, classified under fragile and high-risk settings, faces significant immunization system challenges including low coverage, important number of zero-dose children, fragile service delivery, supply chain constraints, poor vaccine preventable diseases surveillance, and limited data quality. The application must therefore demonstrate:
•Strong prioritization based on system bottlenecks
•Realistic and context-adapted delivery approaches
•Clear partner roles and implementation arrangements
•Robust monitoring framework
Given the technical complexity and compressed timeline, dedicated expert support is required to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and competitive submission.
