The selection process is not subject to the rules and procedures defined in Annex I of the ILO Staff Regulations
The following are eligible to apply:
• Currently serving staff (WLT, FT, ST, SST) based in Geneva, Switzerland
• External candidates (regardless of their nationality, with the exception of Swiss nationals, should hold a residence or stay permit valid for Switzerland or neighboring France at the time of initiation of their recruitment formalities).
