Qualifications/special skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience with a recognized organization or company engaged in IT and Communications support services.
Knowledge of basics electronic circuit troubleshooting is required Demonstrated proficiency in Telecommunications systems is desirable Knowledge of IT systems and networking is desirable Experience with VHF radios, VSAT, and microwave links is required Experience working with Fiber optics and structured cabling is required Demonstrated proficiency in Avigilon CCTV systems with certifications is required Experience installing and maintaining large UPS up to 20kVA, and power systems is required Demonstrated proficiency in video conferencing (MS Teams, Cisco conference systems) is required Certifications for IoT systems or FRIM platforms (LAN and LoRaWAN) are required
Languages
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
