•Premises and Infrastructure: Provide dedicated, secure office space, stable internet access, computing hardware/servers.
•Training Logistics: Secure computer lab training rooms for the Phase 3 workshops.
•Assign a Team: Designate a technical task force to work alongside the consultant throughout all phases.
•Administrative Facilitation: Secure site access permits, and coordination for stakeholder consultations as required.

Interested applicants are required to submit a brief proposal (maximum 5 pages) outlining their proposed methodological approach, data transformation strategy, and framework for conducting this capacity-building assignment, consultancy rates, along with CV(s) and a cover letter. Final consultancy rates will be determined by UNFPA.
