TERMS OF REFERENCE
Under the supervision of the AI and Robotics Programme Officer, the Intern will:
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in AI and robotics and prepare internal updates.
- Assist with stakeholder communication, including drafting correspondence, tracking responses, and maintaining stakeholder lists for AI for Good initiatives.
- Support the preparation, planning, promotion, and implementation of AI and robotics programmes and events, including meetings.
- Contribute to event organization by preparing timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, logistical information for participants, and responding to attendee inquiries.
- Provide general logistical and administrative support for the implementation of work programmes and perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Experience: No work experience is required.
Education required: Currently pursuing or has recently completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration, international relations, or a related field.
Language required:
- Essential: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of another UN language, with excellent knowledge of written and spoken French being an asset.

ITU Internship RequirementsTo be eligible for an internship at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), candidates must:• Be under 30 years of age (Exceptions may be considered for candidates pursuing a Ph.D.).• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate programme, or be a recent graduate (within six months prior to the start of the internship).• Be a citizen of a Member State of ITU.
