EDUCATION
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence or related field from an accredited academic institution with two (2) years relevant professional experience; or,
- Bachelor’s degree in the above fields with four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
EXPERIENCE
At least four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, ERP systems support, HR information systems, or related areas, preferably in a large and complex organizational setting.
- Experience supporting the implementation, maintenance or enhancement of enterprise reporting, analytics or ERP-related solutions, including Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics, Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable platforms.
- Experience coordinating with functional and technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, support system enhancements and facilitate the delivery of reporting or analytics initiatives.
- Experience in testing, validating, troubleshooting or monitoring reporting and analytics solutions to support data accuracy, service continuity and operational reliability and,
- Experience working in an international, humanitarian, development or United Nations (UN) common system organization would be an advantage.
SKILLS
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear reporting specifications, analytical outputs and user-oriented solutions.
- Sound analytical skills, including the ability to assess data trends, identify issues, draw conclusions and propose practical recommendations.
- Good understanding of data quality, data governance, confidentiality and access-control considerations in an enterprise reporting environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and provide client oriented support to business users and super users.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Access and Microsoft collaboration tools, including SharePoint and Teams, and training tools, would be an advantage.
- Ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and detail-oriented outputs with limited supervision and within established deadlines.
- Initiative, sound judgement and ability to organize work in a methodical, discreet, and results-oriented manner; and,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
